When was the last time you danced? 

Todays the day! Turn the music on and dance! 🧘🏻‍♀️✨💃🎼🎸

What is your dance style? Calm slow movements? Hops? Wiggles? Complete all out crazy? Or maybe a combination of all?

5 minutes a day free’s your soul, lifts you up, and… you feel years younger! Moving your body in your unique way, to your own beat, your own groove, shakes up your bodies energy, releases the stuckness and in the process you become empowered, filled with happy vibes and having some fun! 

Use it or lose it. What you dont give love and attention to withers up and dies. And we definitely don’t want that.

So throw out the judgement, the no’s and why you cant, downer beliefs, it’s too silly, I don’t know how, throw them all out and let the music move you, pull you, spin you, support you and course through your body like an unleashed gypsy child.

Create a dance fest between you and you! Break out, return to your inner child and remember how amazing, creative and beautiful you are!

So right now, today, turn on the music, move your body wether thats a wiggle, a hop or complete crazy free flow, all perfect and all are welcome here. I’d love to see you in action, share your video below!

    For me 5 to 10 minutes of loud rock music and dancing along with it is always a good way to start the day .
